The venue is fairly clean, with amazing location near London and Westfield and shopping centre next door. Besides, we appreciated the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.

I didn't have breakfast but the rest of my group said it was good. Excellent location. Clean rooms everything was working. Easy parking. Staff friendly and professional. Thank you

Towels were horrid. Two had holes in - I asked for a 3rd that had green and black stains on. Would be better used as a dust rags. Also last time we stayed on the first floor (very clean nice towels only 2weeks ago - staying on the 2nd level felt like a different hotel not as clean at all. Such a shame.

The hotel was fresh & clean it was close to everything !!! the bed was the cosiest, softest & most comfortable bed ever!!!! I would recommend
